Deposition Rates: $250 First Two Hours and $75 Each Additional Hour.
Our billing time begins at the depositions scheduled start time and billing ends when our videographer goes off the record. We do not charge an additional set up fee. Depositions that exceed 8 hours will be charged 1 1/2 times the regular rate. Travel expenses are billed additionally. Additional cameras are available in a situation where one camera may be required on the attorney and an additional camera is required on the deponent. Post production is billed at $65/hour.
